Hi! I'm Dr. CJ- student athlete turned chiropractor.
I help athletes by delivering chiropractic adjustments to help decrease pain and increase range of motion. Teaching the body that it can move with decreased pain with more range of motion is crucial in overall function. Once the foundation of improved movement and mitigated levels of pain is laid down, proceeding to give the body the stimulus it needs to prepare for sport or activities of daily living imperative. This also puts more power back into the hands of the patient. In office treatment protocols are designed to get the body comfortable with uncomfortable movements again, and then some. The idea is simple. Treat the symptoms, then supply the patient with the stimulus and tools needed to make the body more resilient over time to withstand whatever is thrown its way!
